Blemil plus Premature is a milk formula that, due to its special composition of nutrients, fully meets the nutritional needs of low-birth-weight newborns, whether premature or not.
Blemil plus Premature has now updated its formulation, adjusting its nutritional content to the latest international recommendations.
New applied improvements:
- Increased protein content (3.28 g/100 kcal), promoting proper infant growth.
- Elevated levels of micronutrients that meet the specific needs of premature infants: Iron (1.54 mg/100 ml), Calcium (94.3 mg/100 ml), Vitamin D (3 µg/100 ml), and Vitamin A (297.3 µg/100 ml).
- Increased supply of antioxidant compounds such as Selenium (5.37 230 µg/100 ml) and Vitamin E (2.2 µg/100 ml).
- Includes dairy fat, a natural source of ß-palmitate that promotes reduced constipation and increased digestibility.
We maintain its main characteristics:
- High tolerance and digestibility. Thanks to the lactose/dextrinomaltose ratio (50/50), the whey protein/casein ratio (65/35), and the contribution of 26% of the lipid fraction as MCT.
- Proper maturation of the Central Nervous System and visual function. Long-chain Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids Omega-3 (DHA) and Omega-6 (Arachidonic Acid), Carnitine, and Taurine.

Dosage
It should only be used under medical supervision. Blemil plus Preterm is prepared with one level scoop (4.8g) for every 30ml of water. The amount per feeding and the number of daily feedings will depend on the weight and energy needs of each individual infant.
The formula should be given to the infant immediately after preparation. Do not reuse any remaining contents of the bottle after feeding.
