- With MFGM: A source of bioactive proteins related to the maturation of the infant's immune system, and complex lipids such as phospholipids and gangliosides, necessary for the formation of membranes and maturation of brain structures.
- Incorporates alpha-lactalbumin, a high-biological-value serum protein that represents 20-25% of the total protein content of breast milk. It provides a profile of plasma amino acids and protein metabolism markers similar to that of breast milk.
- A symbiotic formula combining probiotics and prebiotics. It contains Bifidobacterium infantis IM1 and L. rhamnosus, along with short-chain and long-chain fructooligosaccharides. The combination of probiotics with prebiotic fructooligosaccharides of both short and long chains exerts a symbiotic effect that aids in immune and digestive development. Bifidobacterium infantis IM-1 is an exclusive probiotic strain patented by Laboratorios Ordesa, isolated from infants exclusively fed with breast milk, which has demonstrated the following beneficial effects on infant health: reducing the number of diarrhea episodes, increasing the production of sIgA at the intestinal level, and showing excellent tolerance and safety.
- With dairy fat, without palm oil and without coconut oil. Dairy fat has high nutritional value, as it is a natural source of ingredients found in breast milk, such as MFGM and ß-palmitate, and also provides a pleasant aroma and flavor to infant formulas.
It also maintains the nutritional properties that have characterized its formulation so far:
- Supplemented with Long-Chain Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids (LC-PUFAs) ω-6 (Arachidonic Acid) and ω-3 (DHA). LC-PUFAs are necessary for the proper development of the central nervous system and visual function.
- Enriched with Nucleotides, which stimulate the maturation of the digestive and immune systems at the cellular and humoral level.

Blemil plus AR is specifically indicated for the dietary treatment of infants with regurgitation and other mild digestive disorders. Due to its content of carob seed flour and corn starch, it has a thick consistency that makes it suitable for situations where the infant experiences vomiting and regurgitation.
Blemil plus AR is a dietary food intended for a special group consisting of infants and can be consumed as the sole source of nutrition from birth up to 6 months, and subsequently as part of a diversified diet.
Blemil plus AR should be used under medical supervision.
Breast milk is the best food for infants during the first months of life, and when it is not possible, it is the responsibility of the pediatrician or healthcare professional overseeing their growth and development to recommend the most suitable alternative.

Dosage
Blemil plus AR is prepared using a measurement of 4.5 g for 30 ml of water. Unless otherwise instructed by a healthcare professional, the following recommendations are suggested:
