Blemil plus 4 is a transitional dairy product that prepares children for the introduction of cow's milk into their diet and helps to ensure the correct supply of nutrients for proper growth, and physical and intellectual development. 

Blemil plus 4 provides immunonutrients such as prebiotics, selenium and zinc which reinforce defences against infections, and others such as LC-PUFAs ω-3 and ω-6 (-linolenic and linoleic acids) and carnitine, which contribute to the maturation of the nervous, brain and visual systems, as well as the acquisition of motor and intellectual skills, in full development at this age.

Blemil plus 4 contains:

• Proteins:
  • Provides adequate protein content adapted to the needs of young children and their degree of maturation (30% protein reduction compared to cow's milk). 
  • Supplemented with carnitine, nutrient essential for fatty acids metabolism and energy production. Additionally, they are important for Central Nervous System and visual function maturation as well as brain structures development.
• Carbohydrates:
  • Combines lactose and maltodextrin and contains a small amount of honey, which confers a great taste and provides the energy that young children need to cope with daily activities.
• Fats: 
  • Contains LC-PUFAs ω-3 and ω-6 (-linolenic and linoleic acids), important for the development of cognitive and visual functions. These are also involved in modulating the immune system.
• Prebiotics (FOS), nutrients that Improve balance of the intestinal microflora by stimulating growth of beneficial bacteria in the digestive tract, helping to prevent the growth of pathogens and stimulating maturation of natural defences. They also contribute to the maturation of the digestive system and the regulation of intestinal transit.
• Vitamins and minerals: Enriched with calcium, iron and 13 vitamins.
