Features
Blemil plus 1 Hydrolyzed Rice is an infant formula based on hydrolyzed rice proteins that fully satisfies the nutritional needs of infants from birth to 6 months of age. Now with a new, even more complete, innovative, and effective composition.
New improvements applied:
- New symbiotic formula with prebiotics and probiotics: With the aim of modulating the intestinal microbiota towards a predominance of bifidobacteria, which has been postulated as a protective mechanism against gastrointestinal infections and common allergies in infants. It contains short-chain and long-chain fructooligosaccharides as prebiotic sources, and Bifidobacterium infantis IM1 and Lactobacillus rhamnosus HN001 as probiotics. Bifidobacterium infantis IM1 is an exclusive probiotic strain patented by Laboratorios Ordesa, isolated from infants exclusively fed with breast milk, which has demonstrated excellent tolerance and safety and has shown efficacy in reducing the occurrence of acute diarrhea in infants. Lactobacillus rhamnosus HN001, when administered during prenatal and postnatal stages, has been shown to be useful in reducing symptoms associated with allergic march, such as eczema with possible extension to atopy, wheezing, hay fever, and rhinitis.
- Without palm oil, it exhibits excellent tolerance and digestibility.
We maintain its nutritional advantages:
- Low allergenicity: Its formula with partially hydrolyzed rice proteins promotes the acquisition of tolerance to cow's milk proteins at levels similar to extensively hydrolyzed cow's milk protein formulas.
- Clinically proven efficacy and safety: The development of anthropometric parameters is similar to that of infants fed with standard formulas.
- Excellent tolerance and acceptance: With pleasant taste and aroma, they promote greater acceptance compared to other extensively hydrolyzed cow's milk protein formulas used in the treatment of cow's milk protein allergy.
- Excellent digestibility:
- 99% of the lipid fraction is of vegetable origin, with a balanced supply of saturated, monounsaturated, and polyunsaturated fatty acids. The absorption and digestion of the fat fraction are facilitated by its content of MCTs (27.6% of the lipid fraction).
- Its carbohydrates come from dextrinomaltose (78%) and corn starch (22%). It does not contain lactose or sucrose.
- It provides a balanced supply of vitamins and minerals that meet the needs of infants for these nutrients, according to the recommendations of ESPGHAN and Spanish and European regulations.
Instructions
- Dietary treatment for infants with cow's milk protein allergy (CMPA) and soy allergic or non-allergic, of plant origin.
- Feeding with formulas based on vegetable proteins in infants allergic to soy protein.
